One of the intricate designs crafted by the most talented experts of both companies is The Princess Elizabeth. The timepiece boasts a unique dial featuring Princess Elizabeth’s youthful profile and a XC at twelve o’clock.

The dial is distinguished by having been hand – engraved by Backes & Strauss’ master engraved and then enamelled with the use of English Blythe enamel and Grand Feu technique – a process which requires application of several layers under strictly controlled high temperature to achieve the royal purple hue.

The second piece celebrating the royal anniversary has been named The Queen Elizabeth and will be unveiled at a special event in October held in Japan.
